Insurance that covers the employers liability in the event an Employee gets injured at work.  Provides medical and disability income benefits.  In many States Worker's Compensation Insurance is mandated by the State.  Even if it is not mandated by the State PFSI recommends the employer strongly consider insuring the risks and liabilities that may arise from their employees getting injured or sick while at work.

Many health plans do not cover injury or illness while at work.  You will want to make sure you do not have a gap in coverage.
